Rock the Digital London Wine Fair as an Exhibitor

5 Tips for Success

As you would set up your stand in a physical fair a few days before, you need to make sure that you are established on Bottlebooks and Brella before the fair. Follow these helpful hints to get so much done in so little time.

Tip #1 - Get set up on Bottlebooks. Check your registration along with your wines and make sure your brand is marked as complete. If you wish to make any changes please do so before the fair.

Tip #2 - Check your online directory for the final look. Click through your profile and products to certify all the data is correct. https://digital.londonwinefair.com/exhibitors

Tip #3 - Next, get set up on Brella. Once you get into the online directory, click on ‘Network and book meetings’. This will take you to the Brella platform.

Tip #4 - Take some time to select the topics you are interested in and would like to network about.

Tip #5 - Book meetings for the Fair. On Monday, May 10th visitors will begin to register and you can start making connections for the fair. With the Brella “match” feature you can make connections that can last forever. Just because you aren’t meeting face-to-face doesn’t mean you can’t connect. You can talk and engage with future business partners by creating meeting slots that give you permission to live chats & meaningful meetings with up to 4 people.

Tip #4 - Organise yourself with Calendar Sync. Click on the calendar icon on the left and then ‘calendar sync’ at the bottom right. If you want your meeting and sessions in Brella to appear in your own calendar you can use the calendar synchronization feature for these purposes.
